Frequently asked questions
How is it different from call buttons?
With a call button the guest has to press it; many don’t and just wait. Mihman aims to notice the wait without the guest having to do anything.
Does it replace our reservation or POS system?
No. Your reservation and POS systems stay where they are; Mihman works alongside them, showing the live state of the room.
Does it work in large dining rooms?
That depends on your layout and camera placement. In the demo we look at your floor plan and which tables your cameras can see.
