Restaurant chains
The same service standard in every branch.
Same menu, same plate — but the guest’s wait differs from branch to branch. Mihman sees which table is waiting in each branch’s dining room and alerts that branch’s team. Our aim is for you to see the floor flow of all your branches the same way.
- No new cameras needed
- No footage recorded
- No staff monitoring
What keeps guests waiting at peak hours?
A different experience in every branch
Same brand, different branch: guests are greeted right away in one and left waiting in another. The difference often only shows up as a complaint.
Head office can’t see the floor
Sales reports reach head office, but how long guests waited appears in no report.
Frequently changing teams
New team members don’t know the rhythm of the room yet. An experienced manager can’t be watching every branch at every moment.
Standards stay on paper
Welcome and service standards are taught in training; seeing whether they’re followed at peak hours is another matter.
How Mihman works here
Existing cameras in each branch
We use each branch’s existing security cameras; footage is processed on the device in that branch and never recorded.
The same rules in every branch
We agree together who gets alerted when a table has waited how long; the same rules run in every branch.
Table-level, not person-level
What you see is how long tables have waited. There are no staff performance scores, no tracking of individuals and no facial recognition.
Frequently asked questions
Can we start the pilot in one branch?
Yes — starting with one branch is the simplest route. We review the results together and discuss how to roll it out to other branches.
Can branch managers use it to monitor staff?
No. Mihman looks at tables, not people; there are no staff scores, per-person reports or facial recognition. The goal isn’t supervision, it’s alerting the team at peak hours.
Our branches have different camera brands. Is that a problem?
In the demo we review the camera setup in your branches together. If some tables are out of view, we discuss the options.

Let us show you Mihman.
In a short video call we show you how Mihman would work on your floor, and we look at your restaurant’s layout and existing cameras together. We’re building Mihman together with our first restaurants: after the demo, we set up a pilot in the dining rooms of those who want one.
A short video call
A short video call at a time that suits you. No installation or preparation needed.
How Mihman would work
Using an example dining room, we show how a table’s status is understood and how the alert reaches the waiter, busser or host.
Your floor and your cameras
We look at your layout together, check whether your existing cameras can see the tables, and clarify whether you’d need any new ones.
